SAT appointment

What it is

CitaSAT is the SAT tool to book, check and cancel appointments at its service offices, or to be helped by video call in Oficina Virtual. You use it when you need a procedure or guidance and want the appointment directly from the SAT, with no intermediaries.

Cost

The service is free.

Requirements

• To book the appointment, enter your CURP or RFC, your full name and your email.
• Choose the procedure or service you need and the state and module where you want the appointment.

Steps

1. Go to citas.sat.gob.mx and click Registrar cita.
2. Select Inscripción al padrón de contribuyentes Personas Físicas or Contribuyente que cuente con RFC, depending on your case.
3. Enter your CURP or RFC, your full name and your email.
4. Under Servicios choose the procedure and, under Entidad Federativa y Módulo, the place of service; for a video call choose Oficina Virtual.
5. You will receive a confirmation receipt with the details of your appointment.
6. If you choose Oficina Virtual, send your scanned documents under Consultar/Gestionar cita or to oficina.virtual@sat.gob.mx and connect 10 minutes early.
7. If no appointments are available, you can use the Fila virtual so they assign you a turn.
8. In the same application you can check and cancel your appointments.
